ISA’s Webinar Series: Generationally Savvy Selling
August 23, 2019 | 1:00 PM ET
More Details
Webinar Details:
The first rule of selling — “Know your customer” — is as true today as it ever was. Unfortunately, following that rule is harder than ever before. Why?
The market you’re selling to is no longer a homogenous mass. One sales approach or message won’t work for all. Instead, your market is divided up among the generations — and each generation has its own wants and demands.
With FIVE DISTINCT GENERATIONS playing active roles as buyers, knowing how to sell now can be difficult. What engages one generation may repel others.
You needn’t be all things to all people. However, you have to recognize the underlying Generational CODES™ that pave the way to “YES!”
Why attend the webinar?
In this webinar presentation, generational expert Anna Liotta shows you how to get agreement and close the sale, even when you’re pitching to more than one generation! Among other things, Anna will teach you how to:
- Uncover biases in your selling system that unintentionally turn your prospects off;
- Frame your offers so they get past the generational attention filters;
- Choose the digital channels that each generation favors most;
- Hit the triggers that deepen respect for you and your offerings; and
- Discover the way your prospects like to be sold to.

ISA’s Webinar Series: The Good Fight
June 7, 2019 | 1:00 PM ET
More Details
Webinar Details: Business today is more competitive than ever. Getting ahead and staying ahead requires you to make tough calls, face hard choices, and to work through conflict. But no matter how much you invest in difficult conversation training, productive conflict is still rare. Why? Because productive conflict is about more than the right skill set. It requires the right mindset and the right processes, neither of which come naturally. In this webinar, Liane will walk through a process for creating productive conflict on teams—the kind of conflict that will improve results and enhance engagement.
Why attend the webinar?
- Identify the costs (in lost productivity, reduced engagement, and heightened stress) of avoiding the difficult issues.
- Reframe people’s perception about conflict so that their natural conflict aversion doesn’t turn into conflict avoidance or worse, passive-aggressiveness.
- Use a simple exercise to systematize and normalize the tensions in your business.
