Forum Information
Forum Pre-Work/Prep: By separate email, you will receive pertinent details including instructions about how to prepare for the Forum no later than October 4th, so watch your email inbox. Preparation and submission of your “Issue Prep” form by the stated deadline is very important. All participant’s forms are compiled and packages are emailed one week prior to the session. This allows the facilitators time to review the issues and prepare to lead the discussions.
C-Level Forum Virtual “Happy Hour”: When we have our C-Levels “live”, the networking and connections begin the night before over dinner. While the dinner is optional, it has been a very popular and informative part of the C-Level Forum programs. Due to our current situation and health concerns, we will have a Zoom “Happy Hour” to provide an opportunity for networking on Wednesday, November 3, 6:30 pm ET. A Zoom invitation will be sent for you to participate!

Webinar Details: Business today is more competitive than ever. Getting ahead and staying ahead requires you to make tough calls, face hard choices, and to work through conflict. But no matter how much you invest in difficult conversation training, productive conflict is still rare. Why? Because productive conflict is about more than the right skill set. It requires the right mindset and the right processes, neither of which come naturally. In this webinar, Liane will walk through a process for creating productive conflict on teams—the kind of conflict that will improve results and enhance engagement.
