Virtual C-Level Forum

Thursday, November 4, 2021

Forum Pre-Work/Prep: By separate email, you will receive pertinent details including instructions about how to prepare for the Forum no later than October 4th, so watch your email inbox. Preparation and submission of your “Issue Prep” form by the stated deadline is very important. All participant’s forms are compiled and packages are emailed one week prior to the session. This allows the facilitators time to review the issues and prepare to lead the discussions.

C-Level Forum Virtual “Happy Hour”: When we have our C-Levels “live”, the networking and connections begin the night before over dinner. While the dinner is optional, it has been a very popular and informative part of the C-Level Forum programs. Due to our current situation and health concerns, we will have a Zoom “Happy Hour” to provide an opportunity for networking on Wednesday, November 3, 6:30 pm ET. A Zoom invitation will be sent for you to participate!

ISA’s Webinar Series: Being a Published Thought Leader

January 24, 2020 | 1:00 PM ET

Webinar Details: At a time when people are inundated by digital media, book publishing and authorship are more meaningful than ever. Professionals who want to express their unique market position publish books to make their mark on the world. Speakers, consultants, and subject-matter experts report getting higher-paid and more engaging work when they publish books that align with the work they do. But what does it take to publish professionally and successfully? How can thought leaders publish books that reach a wide audience and do justice to their mandate and message? In this webinar, book publishing experts Trena White and Jesse Finkelstein will offer valuable insight about today’s publishing landscape and shed light on the best options for writing and launching great books.

Why attend the webinar?

You will learn:

  • Best practices for developing your book concept, drafting an outline, and writing your manuscript;
  • How to find a publisher that’s a good fit for you;
  • The costs and timelines involved;
  • Book marketing techniques that really work.

ISA’s Webinar Series: Creating Podcasts

November 15, 2019 | 1:00 PM ET

When: November 15, 2019, 1PM-2:00PM Eastern

That’s more than watch NFL Sunday Night Football! Podcasting is a platform which training organizations can use to support learning transfer and utilize to create a learning community. Podcasting also bolsters our thought leadership and reputation. For some it can even be a revenue generator. So, how do you get started?

Why Attend the Webinar: Join Amy Glass, Vice President and Senior Facilitator at BRODY Pro, and Carrie Hartman, communications professional specializing in radio and podcasting production, in a lively conversation about what you need to know to plan, execute, distribute and market your podcast.

ISA’s Webinar Series: Generationally Savvy Selling

August 23, 2019 | 1:00 PM ET

Webinar Details:

The first rule of selling — “Know your customer” — is as true today as it ever was. Unfortunately, following that rule is harder than ever before. Why?

The market you’re selling to is no longer a homogenous mass. One sales approach or message won’t work for all. Instead, your market is divided up among the generations — and each generation has its own wants and demands.

With FIVE DISTINCT GENERATIONS playing active roles as buyers, knowing how to sell now can be difficult. What engages one generation may repel others.

You needn’t be all things to all people. However, you have to recognize the underlying Generational CODES™ that pave the way to “YES!”

Why attend the webinar?

In this webinar presentation, generational expert Anna Liotta shows you how to get agreement and close the sale, even when you’re pitching to more than one generation! Among other things, Anna will teach you how to:

  • Uncover biases in your selling system that unintentionally turn your prospects off;
  • Frame your offers so they get past the generational attention filters;
  • Choose the digital channels that each generation favors most;
  • Hit the triggers that deepen respect for you and your offerings; and
  • Discover the way your prospects like to be sold to.

ISA’s Webinar Series: The Good Fight

June 7, 2019 | 1:00 PM ET

Webinar Details: Business today is more competitive than ever. Getting ahead and staying ahead requires you to make tough calls, face hard choices, and to work through conflict. But no matter how much you invest in difficult conversation training, productive conflict is still rare. Why? Because productive conflict is about more than the right skill set. It requires the right mindset and the right processes, neither of which come naturally. In this webinar, Liane will walk through a process for creating productive conflict on teams—the kind of conflict that will improve results and enhance engagement.

Why attend the webinar?

You will walk away from the session being able to do the following:
  • Identify the costs (in lost productivity, reduced engagement, and heightened stress) of avoiding the difficult issues.
  • Reframe people’s perception about conflict so that their natural conflict aversion doesn’t turn into conflict avoidance or worse, passive-aggressiveness.
  • Use a simple exercise to systematize and normalize the tensions in your business.
