ISA-The Association of Learning Providers has locked in the same 2023 Camelback Inn group rate in a highly sought-after tourism environment that includes an expansive resort environment, beautiful weather, outdoor activities, the height of the spring season, and the tail end of Cactus League baseball pre-season. Hotel Accommodations: JW Marriott Camelback Inn +1 480-948-1700 5402 East Lincoln Drive Scottsdale, AZ 85253 Group Rate remains at $416 plus a resort fee of $15 per room per night for single/double occupancy. The current Tax Rate is 13.17%
Hotel Policies: All rooms must be guaranteed by a first-night deposit with a major credit card. Once a reservation has been made, there cannot be a name change or room transfer to another guest. Book your hotel room(s) as early as possible, as the hotel will fill up quickly and sell out. Hotel rack rates are significantly higher after the cut-off date.
Hotel Cancellations: Hotel reservations must be canceled (7) seven days before check-in. All cancellations should be made through the hotel reservations desk. If the hotel has an advance deposit to hold your room, no refunds will be made.
Please be mindful and review and confirm your JW Marriott Camelback room reservation NOW. 5:00 p.m. MST will lock the ISA room block on February 28, 2028. If you change or cancel room nights, you or ISA will pay for those nights. The JW Marriott Camelback Scottsdale Resort expects high occupancy and will sell out over our conference dates. In addition, if you confirm your reservations before February 7, 2024, another ISA member may be able to access an on-property room, and they will be grateful not to seek overflow accommodations.
