ISA recently made minor changes to our privacy policy to include additional information as to how we process any information provided by our users and customers. In regard to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ISA does not currently share, trade or give out personal information collected through our website and will continue to uphold this policy in the future.

ISA collects email contact information for marketing purposes on a Legitimate Interests basis. All marketing communications sent by us will provide the option to remove your information/opt-out from our lists. MemberClicks is the service platform for ISA’s website, as well as the email system for member/group communications. MemberClicks, LLC., (“MC” or “Company”) complies with the provisions regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Data, as defined under the European Union’s GDPR. ISA also utilizes SurveyMonkey as a platform for surveys. SurveyMonkey is in compliance with the provisions identified regarding Personal Data as defined under the EU GDPR.

ISA does the utmost to maintain your Personal Data safety. Our systems are monitored for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, including the use of SSL and HTTPS.
Even though we try our best, we cannot guarantee the security of information. However, we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is any evidence of a breach.
